Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours notice on cancellations. Changes made with less notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation or no-show fee, since that time could have gone to someone else.
Insurance & billing
We direct-bill most major insurers for all acupuncture treatments, including Green Shield, Blue Cross, and everything through the Telus Health network. HSA funds can generally be used for any acupuncture treatment.

Before you arrive
Wear something easy
Loose, comfortable clothing that can move above the elbow and knee works best. Avoid a heavy meal in the hour before treatment and stay hydrated where you can.

We're located in Suite 16 at 5181 St Margarets Bay Road, on the ground floor of Docside Wellness in Upper Tantallon.
For insurance
Bring your card
We direct-bill most major plans, including Green Shield, Blue Cross, and the Telus Health network. If you'd like us to check your coverage in advance, send your insurer's name with your message.
